   If it rained cats and dogs then there would be so much roadkill, no one would be able to drive. There would have to be someone hired to clean up all the dead animals. The government would need a new dump for holding all the dead animals. It would be dangerous for people and live animals outside when it started to rain. It could do damage to roofs on houses and on cars. When the animals land in oceans and rivers, they would get contaminated.
